On the way home my turbo blew up, completely unrelated to anything Terry or his guys worked on and had to limp the truck home for 4 hours. Called Terry the next day and he walked me through diagnosing the problem and told me how to fix it. Even gave me a contact in Illinois for great pricing on parts. Can't get any better than that!!!
We were in trouble with no brakes! Up snowmobiling totally took care of us. Got to ride while they fixed it and delivered truck n trailer for us! Awesome guys!
Terry was a huge help. Had problems with a cooling system leak and towed. It, fixed it and returned same day on a weekend. A very pleasant person to work with! Thanks for getting me fixed on short notice.
Terry and the guys at M28 are the best! Drove up to Grand Marais, MI from to do some fishing with some buddies. Woke up Friday morning and my Diesel wouldn't start. Spent 3-4 hours calling around and nobody wanted to work on the weekend, or they were too busy. Was refereed to Terry Bond who called me immediately. He was there Saturday morning to tow my truck to his shop and diagnosed the problem within a couple of hours. Ordered up the parts, which didn't come till Monday, but thats what happens when you need parts on the weekend. Brought the truck back to me free of charge because they had a tire job to do nearby. Terry was 60 miles away and jumped on the chance to help a guy from the Lower Penninsula out and get the truck running again.
Everyone we ran into in Grand Marais said he was a great guy, and very well known for helping people out. I couldn't be happier and it was a blessing to have his help!
